Yes! Every piece in our collection—from Kundan earrings to Temple necklaces—is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Slight variations in stones, pearls, or designs are a sign of authenticity, making your jewellery truly unique.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, all sales on earrings, necklaces, and accessories are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item. This ensures every customer receives brand-new, unworn jewellery.
Please notify us within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in original packaging. Email us at info@milaspopupshop.com with your order number and a photo. We will fix it immediately!
Variations can occur due to screen settings or the natural materials used in Indian craftsmanship. These slight differences are expected and are not eligible for returns.
Shipping & Delivery from Canada
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping from our base in Toronto, Ontario. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since we ship from Canada, local orders arrive quickly, while international orders (USA, UK, etc.) may take a bit longer depending on the carrier. Estimated durations are provided at checkout based on your address.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items have an estimated turnaround time of 25 business days. Please note that this is just an estimate; actual timelines may be shorter or longer. If your order is expected to take longer than the specified 25 business days, we will notify you via email.

For In-Stock Items: You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order enters processing and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
For Pre-Order Items: Please note that Pre-Order items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed. As these items are ordered and/or customized specifically for you, they are considered final sale immediately.

To keep your Indian jewellery shining, store it in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, and water. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth before storing it in a pouch or box.
Our jewellery is made from various metals including brass, copper, and gold plating. If you have sensitive skin or allergies to specific metals, please check the material list on the product page before purchasing.
