We do our best to represent products accurately, but variations are not grounds for return or exchange.

While we do our best to list the materials used in each product, it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re not allergic or sensitive to any of them. By purchasing from our store, you agree to use our products at your own risk.

4. Jewellery Care

- Avoid direct contact between your jewellery and substances such as perfumes, body sprays, lotions, oils, or cleaning agents. These may cause tarnishing or damage to metals and gemstones.
- Clean each piece gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residues.
- Some earrings feature flexible stems by design to prevent breakage. A gentle bend is intentional and not considered a defect.

MILA'S POP-UP SHOP is not liable for any damage caused by improper care, storage, or handling. Tarnishing, wear, or damage caused by exposure to moisture, chemicals, or lack of care is not a product fault and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices on our website are displayed in your local currency for convenience. Prices are based on current exchange rates and may fluctuate depending on your selected currency.
MILA’S POP-UP SHOP operates from Canada but offers global delivery, allowing customers to view and pay in their preferred currency through our currency selector.
Pricing:
- All base prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You can view converted prices by selecting your preferred currency on our website.
- The final amount charged to your payment method may vary slightly due to real-time exchange rates or fees charged by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Payments:

6. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee product availability. If for any reason we’re unable to fulfill your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or pre-order lead times.
7. Pre-Orders
Some items are available on a pre-order basis, as noted on their product pages. Estimated lead times are provided as a general guideline and should be considered approximate.
Actual processing and delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays or international shipping disruptions.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- MILA'S POP-UP SHOP is not liable for delays once a pre-order has been submitted.
- If you have a specific event or deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Pre-orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. MILA'S POP-UP SHOP does not cover or reimburse these fees.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive an email notification, and your order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded — including any shipping costs paid.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Pre-orders allow us to support small-scale artisans, reduce overproduction, and offer you unique pieces not always available for immediate shipment.
8. Shipping
We ship globally from Ontario, Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order subtotal.

- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

9. No Return / Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our jewellery:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are only issued if you receive an incorrect item.

10. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@milaspopupshop.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the incorrect item
We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
11. Damaged Items & Quality Assurance
All items are carefully inspected before packaging to ensure they meet our quality standards. Each piece is checked to confirm all stones and pearls are secure and that craftsmanship meets our expectations before dispatch.
While we take great care in packaging, MILA'S POP-UP SHOP is not responsible for any damage occurring in transit. Once handed to the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, product designs, logos, graphics, and text — is the property of MILA'S POP-UP SHOP and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
