Handcrafted with Care — Final Sale Policy
At MILA'S POP-UP SHOP, each product is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the nature of handcrafted items, you may notice slight variations in stones, pearls, or designs — this is part of their charm and uniqueness.
We take pride in our strict quality control process, and every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless you have received an incorrect item.
Flexible Earring Stems
Our earring stems are thoughtfully crafted from a softer material to provide flexibility and help prevent snapping. A gentle bend or curve in the stems is intentional and not considered a fault or defect; it is part of the design’s functional integrity. Please keep this in mind when inspecting your jewellery upon arrival.
Incorrect Item Received
If you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll gladly send a replacement, provided that:

Our Quality Control team will review your request. Once approved, we will share return instructions. After we receive the incorrect product, we’ll promptly dispatch the correct item.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
Note: Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged Items & Quality Assurance
All items are carefully inspected before packaging to ensure they meet our quality standards. Each jewellery piece is checked to confirm that all stones and pearls are securely intact, and that the overall craftsmanship and condition meet our quality expectations prior to dispatch.
While we take great care in packaging to minimize damage during shipping, MILA'S POP-UP SHOP is not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control.
