“MILA’S POP-UP SHOP” (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a brand under SHIP A GIFTY INC., a corporation registered in Canada. All purchases made through our website are processed and fulfilled by SHIP A GIFTY INC.
1. Shipping Overview
We proudly ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order subtotal (before taxes and discounts).
All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returned or undeliverable items. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or pre-order lead times. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
Please note that processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be extended.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
An estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.
Please note that these are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
MILA’S POP-UP SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or any events beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
4. Pre-Orders & Custom Fees
Some of our items are available on a pre-order basis, as noted on their individual product pages. Estimated lead times are provided as a general guideline and should be considered approximate.
Actual processing and delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays or international shipping disruptions.

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. MILA'S POP-UP SHOP does not cover or reimburse these fees.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive an email notification, and your order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded, including any shipping costs paid.
We appreciate your patience and understanding — pre-orders allow us to support small-scale artisans, reduce overproduction, and offer unique pieces not always available for immediate shipment.
5. Responsibility After Dispatch
After your parcel has been handed over to the courier, MILA’S POP-UP SHOP is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages during transit or after delivery confirmation. Any issues that occur after dispatch must be addressed directly with the courier using your tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MILA’S POP-UP SHOP is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Shipping & Custom Fees
Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or service fees. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, MILA'S POP-UP SHOP has no control over these charges and cannot predict or advise on their cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering. We are not able to reimburse any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid upon delivery.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, import duties, or taxes, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.

7. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.
If your order has already entered production, been shipped, or involves pre-order items, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
